From the moment Alexa reached out to me, I knew I was meant to photograph their wedding day! See, she followed me on my favorite social media platform (instagram) and regularly commented on how much she loved my bright + colorful style. I shortly followed her back, and discovered we had quite a few mutual friends, interests, and humor. I enjoyed getting to know her through this platform, so much so, that the first time we met in person (just a few weeks before her actual wedding!) I felt as though we had been friends for years!
Shane + Alexa were married on a beautiful September day at the stunning Fern Hill Golf Club in Clinton Township, Michigan. Alexa wore a drop-dead gorgeous gown from the ever so talented Wedding Shoppe, and her makeup was perfectly crafted by MUA, Rita Salmo.
I think one of my favorite (of many) moments from Alexa + Shane’s wedding day, was definitely their first look. Not a single emotion or tear was held back when Shane saw his bride for the first time, and I couldn’t help but cry right along with them!
Congratulations to the new Mr. + Mrs. Mcmanaman! I wish you an eternity of laughter, drinks, and adorable little babies!! <3
